COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY!!! I LOVED this place. And I love my automobile! by 3rdTimesaCharm at Citysearch Wow. I was totally blown away to see negative reviews about Magic Toyota! I bought my AWESOME FJ Cruiser there about 6 months ago and found the entire experience to be amazing. I had known as them in advance and told them what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. When I showed-up, my new FJ was already detailed waiting for a test-drive! I hadn't told them I had a trade-in, so that slowed the method down a bit, but I ended up acquiring $500 over Blue Book on my trade-in too. So, what can i say? I've bought numerous cars in my life both new and employed and I thought Magic Toyota was great.

IMPRESSED!!! We had a fantastic experience at Magic Toyota with our purchase/trade in. I gave Jay a pretty tough time on the trade-in negotiation, but not once did he lose his excellent cheer, professionalism, or willingness to locate me the very best deal achievable. No, I didn't get what I was hoping for but very frankly I was so impressed with how Jay stayed with me via the negotiation procedure (I actually put the poor guy via the wringer) that I was willing to take a bit of a hit - it's worth it to do company with these guys over some other dealership. They also matched yet another dealer's unique on the internet price for the automobile I was purchasing, which was very impressive. Not to mention, all our previous service appointments (oil changes, etc.) have been top-notch. Overall, I'm having a tough time discovering fault with this dealership, and I can tell horror stories about other dealerships I've dealt with. Magic is really a pleasure to work with - they just gained a customer for life.

I FELT COMFORTABLE! The Magic Toyota negotiator appears willingly to discuss alternative and presented a win-win scenario. I felt comfortable within the approach he has conducted...a lot so than the financing person inside your Bellevue dealer who has the attitude of take it now or miss the deal!
